M. Eice Muhammad heads the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution practice. His skills, experience, and training are multi-jurisdictional.
He litigates and counsels clients in complex matters across the United States and internationally. His practice spans Asset Recovery, Business and Corporate Disputes, Construction Law, Employment Litigation, Insurance Coverage, Product Liability, International Arbitration, and the Global Enforcement of Arbitration Awards and Judgments.
Eice served as Adjunct Professor of Evidence and Civil Procedure at both Boston University School of Law and Northeastern University School of Law through 2024. His academic background in the rules that govern litigation gives his clients a distinct advantage in the courtroom
Eice holds advanced law degrees from Georgetown University Law Center and the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, and completed law courses at Harvard University. He earned his first law degree from the University of London, SOAS, and is Called to the Bar in England and Wales as a member of the Honorable Society of Lincoln’s Inn
Outside his professional life, Eice enjoys playing squash and spending time with his wife and son.
